FORT LAUDERDALE OFFICE

We are located at 300 SE 2nd Street, Suite 600, in the 300 Las Olas Place building, one block north of Las Olas Boulevard in downtown Fort Lauderdale. It is the yellow building with FRANKLIN TEMPLETON on it.

PARKING

For parking, put 337 E Las Olas Blvd in your GPS. That is the building’s parking garage. (The office address will take you to the front door, where there is no parking.) The garage has two entrances, and either one works:

• On SE 4th Avenue, mid-block between Las Olas Boulevard and SE 2nd Street
• On SE 2nd Street, behind the building

Park in any open visitor space and bring your ticket upstairs. We validate parking.

After you park, take the garage elevator or stairs to ground level and look for the yellow building with FRANKLIN TEMPLETON on it. That is our building. The lobby entrance is at the corner of SE 3rd Avenue and SE 2nd Street. Check in at the lobby, then take the elevator to the 6th Floor, Suite 600.

If someone is dropping you off, or you are taking Uber or Lyft, have them drop you at the main entrance at 300 SE 2nd Street. If you get turned around, call us at (954) 839-8705 and we will talk you in.

DIRECTIONS TO OUR FORT LAUDERDALE OFFICE

From Miami (South)

Head North on I-95 from Miami toward Fort Lauderdale. Continue on I-95 North. Stay right to take Exit 27 toward Downtown. Continue onto W Broward Boulevard, and head East. Continue East for approximately 2 miles. When you reach the PNC Bank Building, turn right onto SE 3rd Avenue. Continue straight for two blocks. Turn left onto SE 2nd Street. 300 Las Olas Place will be on your right at the corner of SE 2nd Street and SE 3rd Avenue. The parking garage entrances are on SE 4th Avenue and on SE 2nd Street behind the building (see Parking above).

From Miramar (South)

Heading south on Miramar Blvd, turn left onto Red Rd. Follow signs for Florida’s Turnpike N. Turn right to merge and continue onto Florida’s Turnpike, heading East and continue for 7.2 miles. Use the right two lanes to take Exit 54 for FL-84/I-595/US-441 toward Fort Lauderdale. Keep right and follow signs for I-595 E. Use the left lane to take US-1 N toward Fort Lauderdale. In 2 miles, you will pass Domino’s Pizza on your right, and turn left onto SE 9th St. Turn right onto SE 3rd Ave. Continue on SE 3rd Ave for ½ mile, over the Tarpon River bridge. Turn left onto SE 2nd Street. 300 Las Olas Place will be on your left at the corner of SE 2nd Street and SE 3rd Avenue. The parking garage entrances are on SE 4th Avenue and on SE 2nd Street behind the building (see Parking above).

From Coral Springs (North)

Head West on W Sample Road from the Coral Springs City Center. In 2 miles, turn left to merge onto the Sawgrass Expressway. Continue for 10 miles. Merge onto I-595 E toward Fort Lauderdale. Stay on I-595 E and continue for 9 miles. Take Exit 10A toward Fort Lauderdale and W Palm. Continue on SE 3rd Ave, over the Tarpon River bridge. Turn left onto SE 2nd Street. 300 Las Olas Place will be on your left at the corner of SE 2nd Street and SE 3rd Avenue. The parking garage entrances are on SE 4th Avenue and on SE 2nd Street behind the building (see Parking above).

From Boca Raton (North)

Head East on Glades Road from the Boca Raton Town Center. In ½ mile, take the ramp onto I-95 S. Continue on I-95 S for 17 miles. Take exit 27 for FL-842/Broward Blvd. toward Downtown. Turn left onto Broward Blvd. and follow signs for Broward Community College. In 2 miles, turn right onto SE 3rd Ave. Continue straight for two blocks. Turn left onto SE 2nd Street. 300 Las Olas Place will be on your right at the corner of SE 2nd Street and SE 3rd Avenue. The parking garage entrances are on SE 4th Avenue and on SE 2nd Street behind the building (see Parking above).
