The Florida version of the Uniform Fiduciary Access to Digital Assets bill, SB 102, passed the state senate judiciary committee on February 3. This bill, if passed, will allow fiduciaries (personal representatives, trustees, guardians, and agents under a power of attorney) to access the digital assets of a principal.
