Ginsberg Shulman, PL is a Fort Lauderdale boutique practice limited to estate planning, probate and trust administration, and guardianship. Both attorneys at this firm hold Florida Bar Board Certification in their respective specialties.

Board Certification requires demonstrated experience, a written examination, and peer review. It is not a membership or a marketing designation. The Florida Bar administers it to let clients distinguish attorneys who have been formally evaluated in a specialty from those who simply practice in it.

Both attorneys work directly with clients — no intake staff, no hand-off to an associate. Before entering private practice, David Shulman wrote regulations and rulings in the IRS Office of Chief Counsel; Jill Ginsberg, also a CPA, trained at Deloitte and KPMG. We return all calls.
